Autoclaves
As TSB ENERGY; We manufacture autoclave boilers, autoclave ovens, autoclave machines with various capacities ranging from 1 to 70 bar, up to 5500 mm inner diameter, 61 m length, and heat input provided by electric energy, steam or hot oil. Our large-scale autoclaves are manufactured on site with our expert engineering team. Jaw parts exposed to high loads are subjected to capillary crack test (ultrasonic test) and fatigue tests with analysis programs before assembly, and jaw teeth are checked. In line with the requests from customers, the opening and closing shapes of the covers are designed differently according to the machine park layout.
