Waste Heat Recovery Systems
Almost all industrial processes require heat. Allowing the heat energy released through chimneys to be released into the atmosphere is wasteful and has serious environmental consequences, and is subject to strict regulations. Recovering and reusing this heat provides a more sustainable operation and provides significant economic benefits, as well as complying with environmental regulations. This is what Heat Recovery Systems are for; they collect and redirect waste heat, feed it back into your own process or use it for other processes. Reusing waste heat for steam or power, which is both financially and environmentally beneficial, eliminates the need for additional auxiliary fired boilers. Every 1000kg/h – 700kW of recovered heat energy removes 975 tonnes of CO2 and 302kg, 666lbs of NOx and CO per year, helping to meet emissions reduction and decarbonisation targets.
