At TSB ENERGY, we manufacture Building Material Autoclaves, Building Material Furnaces, and Building Material Curing Machines.
Building material autoclaves ensure materials reach the best possible physical properties using high heat and pressure.
Our large-diameter autoclaves are manufactured on-site with our expert engineering team.
Temperature fluctuations can cause issues such as under-cured or defective areas rich or poor in curing. Therefore, temperature is carefully controlled using advanced sensors and automatic control systems.
Operating Principle of Building Material Autoclaves
Our building material autoclaves combine pressurization and heating to properly cure aerated concrete materials. In aerated concrete production, autoclave curing is traditionally used to achieve the desired gas-concrete ratio and create a strong structure by ensuring ideal and uniform voids. This process involves placing the part into the autoclave and then pressurizing it during the heated curing cycle. The steam pressure in the autoclave helps evenly distribute the voids and achieve the desired gas-concrete ratio. Temperature and pressure settings vary depending on the material type and desired result.
Design: All our building material and aerated concrete autoclaves are designed and manufactured in horizontal or vertical construction, with single or double doors, with manual or hydraulic-pneumatic arm options, side or top opening, in accordance with EN 13445, AD-2000 Merkblatt, Lloyd's Rules, TRD, DIN, EN, PED 2014/68/EC, and ASME Section VIII Div 1. All electrical components are UL labeled and wired according to the applicable National Electrical Code requirements.
High-load clamp components are subjected to ultrasonic crack tests and fatigue tests using analysis programs before assembly. Door opening and closing mechanisms are designed according to customer requests and plant layout.
Our building material autoclaves are delivered compact and ready to operate on a single chassis. Only electrical and steam connections are required.
TSB ENERGY designs Building Material – Aerated Concrete Autoclaves to provide value not only at purchase but during operation.
Ease of Use and Maintenance: User-friendly controls and easy access to components simplify operation and maintenance, minimizing downtime and operational costs. One-button start, system self-diagnostics with automatic shutdown in case of errors, and a control panel with maintenance alerts based on usage make operation highly safe and intuitive for the autoclave operator. Additionally, with advanced remote access solutions, our technical service can quickly provide support anywhere in the world.
All safety devices are monitored by the PLC. Safety measures are activated in alarm conditions. Operators control the autoclave via the HMI, where active and historical alarms can be tracked. Alarm and operational data are transmitted to other systems via digital dry contacts. Remote data collection and autoclave status information can be accessed via ModBus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Profinet protocols.
Commissioning is carried out by our expert and experienced engineers, with full-day on-equipment training supported by documentation.
Safety: Safety and standards are our top priority. Our building material autoclaves are equipped with advanced safety features including overpressure protection, front lid locking with RFI sensors, Pilz safety relays to prevent risks, mechanical front lid locking system, and emergency autoclave shutdown mechanisms.
Materials: The shells and domes of our building material autoclaves are manufactured from P355GH or P460NL boiler plates per EN 10028-2, based on operating conditions (temperature and pressure). Nozzle pipes are made from EN 10216-2 compliant P235GH or P265GH seamless boiler tubes. Clamp parts are manufactured from forged P355NH steel (hot rolled rings) or drawn S235JR/S355JR material.
Efficiency: All our autoclave boilers are equipped with proportional valve control, preventing unnecessary heat input. Additionally, the entire structure, including front and rear covers, is insulated with 100 mm thick high-density material to prevent heat losses.
Eco-Friendly Design: Our zero-emission autoclaves, powered by electric steam boilers, help reduce your carbon footprint and support your carbon-neutral goals.
Customization: We understand that each manufacturing process has its unique requirements. With hundreds of proven references, we optimize our autoclaves to be the most suitable and ideal for your processes. Designing, manufacturing, and, more importantly, commissioning a cam lamination autoclave requires exceptional expertise. With us, you don't just buy an autoclave; you gain decades of knowledge and experience. For any questions, please do not hesitate to request individual expert consultation.

What is a Building Material Autoclave?
A building material autoclave is a pressurized boiler system that cures materials such as aerated concrete under high temperature and pressure to increase their strength. It operates with steam energy to enhance the durability of construction elements.
When is a Building Material Autoclave Used?
Building material autoclaves are used when products like aerated concrete require curing under pressure. High temperature and steam pressure increase material strength, optimize pore structure, and ensure long-lasting, durable construction components.
