The HWB-E boiler has been developed by combining the best available technologies to achieve high efficiency, reliability and flexibility with zero emissions at the production site.
It can produce hot water up to 3.000.000kcal/h - 3500kW - 5000hp power, 16Bar - 232psig pressure. It is supported from installation to maintenance during operation with our software.

The development of industrial electric boilers has become essential to cope with current environmental pollution. For this reason, the energy sources used to generate electricity have evolved significantly over the last 10 years, with authorities in each country implementing policies aimed at encouraging and supporting a rapid energy transition. Electrically heated industrial boilers have become an indispensable tool to deal with the dual challenges of energy optimisation and decarbonisation. At a time when wind power, hydropower and nuclear power can provide electricity without producing CO2, NOx and SOx, electric boilers have become a good environmental option.

Design: Our Electric Hot Water Boilers are designed and manufactured according to TS EN 12953, Loyd rules, TRD, DIN, EN, PED 2014/68/EC and ASME Section VIII Div 1 and all electrical components are UL labelled and wired in accordance with the applicable National Electrical Code requirements.
The boiler is delivered ready for operation as a compact unit on a single chassis. The only action required is to connect the electric hot water boiler to the electricity, feed water and steam users.
All our resistance electric boilers are designed to allow over-voltage conditions of up to 10% without adversely affecting the integrity of the circuit components. Again, these resistances are controlled by SSR systems both to increase the service life and to feed energy proportionally. 70-75 wpsi Incoloy sheathed elements are used in the system.
Ease of Operation and Maintenance: The user-friendly PLC-HMI Control unit provides easy access to components. It minimises downtime and operating costs by simplifying operation and maintenance. Thanks to one-button start-up, self-checking of the device to stop the system against possible errors, a panel with summary maintenance instructions with warnings according to the duration of use, it has become very reliable and understandable for the boiler operator to use the electric hot water boiler. Clean, Smokeless, Silent, reliable hot water is produced with a Switch.
All security devices are monitored by PLC. Necessary safety measures are taken in case of alarm. Boiler control is carried out by the boiler operator via HMI. Active alarms and past alarms are monitored via the same HMI. Alarm and operation information is transmitted to other systems via digital contacts (dry contact). Remote data collection and boiler status information are available via ModBus, Modbus TCP/IP and Profinet protocols.
Safety: Safety and standards are our top priority. Our boilers are equipped with advanced safety features such as overpressure protection, temperature protection, resistance surface temperature monitoring and emergency shutdown mechanisms.
The main reason for the pressure in this pressure vessel is the initial water pressure fed from the hydrafor or mains. The effect of the pressure created by the heating of the water is almost negligible. For this reason, tears or cracks in the wall do not cause any damage in the boiler room.
Material: Envelopes and mirrors of our hot water boilers are manufactured from P355GH boiler sheet in accordance with EN 10028-2, nozzle pipes and resistance sheaths are manufactured from P235GH or P265GH steel drawn boiler pipes in accordance with EN 10216-2.
Efficiency: TSB ENERGY electric hot water boilers are heated by stainless steel heating elements of AISI304 and higher quality with seamless drawn tubes with a large heating surface. The output of the heating elements is regulated proportionally by means of solid state rollers. The most important energy efficiency advantage is an electrical output that is instantaneously modulated according to the actual steam demand during the operating cycle.
Since all of the incoming electrical energy is converted into heat energy (only small heat losses caused by surfaces are deducted), an efficiency close to 100% is achieved.
Precise temperature control with multiple power cascading allows the boiler to react quickly to load changes. This enables it to perform fast cold starts when required, utilising the available grid power to its full capacity.
100mm thick high density front and rear door insulation provides low heat loss from radiation. The thermal insulation is covered with galvanised and painted DKP sheet with low lambda value. All insulation has low conductivity and high density materials.

What is Electric Hot Water Boiler?
Hot water boilers are called pressurised vessels that have water as a heat-receiving fluid on one side of their surfaces and heat-giving electrical resistance elements (resistance) on the other side, where electrical energy is used as a power source instead of fossil fuel, and can operate in a closed circulation without switching to the vapour phase.
When to Use Electric Hot Water Boiler?
Electric hot water boilers are used in areas where there is sufficient electrical energy or where it is not possible to remove exhaust gas from gas or diesel burners, where open ignition is prohibited or where fuels such as diesel or gas are not available.
With the widespread use of solar panels and wind turbines, 0 emission heat generation devices are preferred by businesses. Since it does not produce flue gas emissions, the company will not pay emission fees
Hot water boilers are one of the most economical devices in terms of heating method. For this reason, they are preferred in cases where high temperature process, fast and sudden heating is not required, they are the most widely used heating methods in space heating, especially in greenhouses and farms.

- With the new generation of modern boiler technology, our modern new design boilers with large size, low efficiency, increased water-resistance contact speed, occupying less space, entering the regime quickly due to the low water volume, and reduced wall losses have taken their places.
- 3 or 4-way motorised valves should be used to automatically adjust the heating flow water temperature according to the outside air temperature.
If the hot water required by the enterprise varies a lot during the day, for example, if there are 1.5-2 times differences, the hot water boiler should definitely be considered redundant, and when the hot water demand increases with check valve counterbalancing through a single common collector, the backup hot water boiler should be activated and the regime should be provided. The industrial name of this system is cascade system.
