Medical Waste Autoclaves
Autoclaves
Our Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclaves provide safe, high-capacity sterilization with direct steam energy, up to 4500mm diameter, 30m length, and 6 bar pressure.
TSB Energy Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclaves are designed and manufactured in compliance with 2014/68/EU (PED), ASME SEC VIII Div.1 (U&S), and EAC (GOST) standards, ensuring maximum safety, international quality, and process compatibility.
TSB Energy manufactures Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclaves that safely sterilize medical waste at high temperatures and pressures, rendering it harmless to the environment and human health, in accordance with international standards.
What is a Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclave?
Medical waste sterilization autoclaves are industrial devices with pressure-resistant structures, performing waste sterilization using direct steam or electric energy heating.
When is a Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclave Used?
Medical Waste Sterilization Autoclaves are used in hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare facilities whenever infectious or hazardous waste needs to be sterilized safely. They are preferred in all processes requiring high hygiene, safe disposal, and legal waste management compliance.
Working Principle
- Pressurization and heating are performed using direct steam energy.
- The purpose is to ensure that all parts of the waste are exposed to saturated steam at the required pressure for a sufficient duration.
- Temperature and pressure settings are recipe-based, programmed according to the material type and targeted sterilization quality.
- After sterilization, the waste is converted into harmless domestic waste.
High-temperature and pressure chemical reactions sterilize the waste. The moisture within the waste evaporates due to the high energy input of the steam, is removed from the system as vapor, and then condensed in waste steam cooling exchangers to be processed in wastewater treatment units. The sterilized waste, now classified as domestic waste, can be used as fertilizer or fossil fuel. The system is fully automatic, requiring only an operator for monitoring.
