Using Waste Heat Energy. It produces hot water or steam in various capacities between 300.000kcal/h...12.000.000kcal/h.
 
DESIGN: High pressure, smoke tube or water tube, cylindrical, vertical or horizontal type waste heat boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12953, Loyd rules, TRD, DIN and EN norms.
 
MATERIAL: The envelope, mirrors, combustion chamber of waste heat boilers are made of P265GH or P355GH boiler sheet in accordance with EN 10028. Smoke tubes are manufactured from P235GH or P265GH drawn steel pipes in accordance with EN 10216-2 or EN10217.
 
HGH EFFICIENCY: Calculations of our waste heat boilers are made by associating one-to-one with the flow and temperature. flue gases are transferred to the chimney without creating low temperature corrosion. Thus, high boiler efficiency is obtained.
 
     
     
                             
 

What is Waste Heat Boiler? When is the Waste Heat Boiler Used?

Closed pressure vessels with water as a fluid that receives heat on one side of their surfaces, and where the waste flue gases that give heat on the other side circulate are called waste heat boilers.
 
In all facilities where a fuel is burned, there is smoke, that is, waste heat release from the chimney.It is not correct to build a waste heat boiler for every facility with waste heat release.A very good feasibility should be done in the business where the waste heat boiler will be built and the business should have a process where waste heat can be used.Therefore, if we use the recovered heat energy efficiently in one place, we can get the return of the investment and ensure an efficient project and a low depreciation period of the device.
 
Due to the high steam pressure used in acrylic factories and steam turbines, waste heat flue gas temperatures are also extremely high.In these facilities, waste heat energy is used in the preheating of the feed water, increasing the efficiency of the facility by 7-8%.

Waste Heat Recovery Systems;

Our heat energy recovery systems from waste hot gases, by means of hot gases discharged to the chimney in steam boilers, hot oil boilers, glass or similar melting or drying furnaces, cogeneration facilities; by heating boiler feed water, central heating water, domestic hot water, process water; or by heating combustion air, ambient air, process air.
It should not be forgotten that every 20 °C temperature reduction of the hot flue gas thrown into the chimney increases the efficiency of the device by 1%.

STRUCTURE OF HEAT RECOVERY DEVICES;
It is produced in different designs according to the conditions of use and the characteristics of the fuel burned. Depending on the conditions of use, it can be made of straight seamless pipe, finned pipe, 316L stainless steel pipe; It is made from straight pipe, hairpin-shaped finned pipe with or without reserve.

STEAM GENERATING REINFORCED WASTE HEAT BOILERS
In line with the examinations made by our TSB Energy R&D department, the desired steam is obtained by adding reinforcement elements (burner, powder coal burner or coal burning systems) to the waste heat boilers.
 
* If the steam needed by the business changes a lot during the day, for example, if there are 1.5-2 times differences, the steam boiler should definitely be considered as redundant, and when the need for steam increases with the check valve counter balancing over a single common collector, the backup steam boiler should be activated and the regime should be provided.
* The steam pressure value and steam capacity needed by the business should be calculated correctly by avoiding technical rounding, many businesses round up when determining their needs, and on the contrary, by buying a larger steam boiler and steam installation than they need, it leads to a decrease in the speed of the steam and an inefficient steam energy consumption. The steam boiler should be selected with clear and accurate data.
* Steam should be brought to the devices using low pressure steam at high pressure and here it should be drawn to the desired pressure range with the help of a pressure reducer. In this way, both the steam will be taken to the device with a smaller diameter pipe and a drier steam will be obtained.
* If there is no need for steam in the business, a steam boiler should not be used for heating purposes, because of the high initial facility and operating costs, hot water boiler or hot water boiler systems should be used according to the thermal capacity of the facility.
* When choosing a steam generator, the instantaneous amount of steam should be taken into account, if these values are too high, a steam battery should be added to the system or a water tube steam generator should be put into operation in a short time.
* While making the arrangement of the boiler room, the working conditions and the boiler classification rules requested by the local administrations should be taken into consideration.
 
         
 

ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT TRANSMISSION OF STEAM GENERATED;

The steam produced must leave its heat in the relevant machines and devices without losing its energy after leaving the steam boiler. This is based on dry steam transport. When wet steam is transported in the steam installation, the water droplets accumulated on the line reduce the speed of the steam up to 2-3 m/sec and the energy transfer slows down, whereas the steam must be transmitted at an average speed of 30-40 m/sec in the installation. Vapors should be taken from the main installation with a branch from the top, in this way, the driest steam accumulated in the upper part of the line is taken continuously.

Condensate Pockets;

There should be condensate pockets in the main distributor collectors and at most every 50 meters of the steam line in order to transport the steam dry.

Traps;

Traps vary according to the place and shape of use, while choosing the traps, care should be taken to choose the appropriate one for the place of use. When choosing traps; The appropriate capacity should be selected according to the difference between the operating pressure of the steam boiler and the steam boiler return condensate pressure and the amount of instantaneous energy needed. A correctly selected steam trap ensures that the steam energy required by the business is used in devices with minimum loss.

Steam Separator;

With a steam separator to be installed at the exit of the steam boiler, dry steam is transported in the installation and the heating process takes place in a shorter time due to the rapid transmission, and the product processing time of the enterprise is shortened.
