1. Aviation and Space

10^-5 vacuum resistant vacuum tubes for carrying satellites sent to space are designed and produced with 100% Turkish Engineering. The carrying tube of Turkey's first satellite for Fergani Space was produced by our company.

Composite autoclaves, which are indispensable for the aviation sector, are developed in our R&D center. During curing, the temperature distribution on the surface of the composite product is provided with +/-1 precision, air distribution systems, additional fans and our software based on my experience and knowledge.

First steps into space

Our company produces composite autoclaves used in the production of probe rockets and space engines, which have special heating and cooling processes, can give motion to products under pressure, and can perform advanced pressure, heat input and monitoring.

The blocks subjected to testing are kept with our electric hot oil boilers, which are developed for high performance tests of aircraft engines, which can read calories and flow, and which are developed by our R&D department for analysis and tests, and our devices for evaluable instant heat inputs.

2. Iron and Steel

* With Hydropneumatic Accumulators, which are needed for production, the sheets coming out of the mill are cleaned with 315-bar continuous pressurized water, what is important here is the capacity of water and air, our company supports the sector by producing pressure tanks with 10m3 capacity, 451-Bar test, 350-Bar design pressure.

4. Automotive

* The heat input required by paint shops is provided precisely by our Hot Air boilers while maintaining internal pressure balance, our company provides these heat processes with both natural gas and electric hot air boilers.

5. Food

* In dairy factories, the heat input required by the process is provided by our traceable efficient steam boilers, where the heat input required by the process - pasteurization with the coupled condensing economizer is provided from waste heat energy with the 42 ˚C hot water boiler economizer.

* In dairy factories, the heat input required by spray dryers is provided by our indirect hot air boilers, providing 40% energy savings compared to steam and hot oil systems. Our customers are relieved from the annual operating and maintenance costs of steam boilers and hot oil boilers. In addition, the regime entry time is 30 seconds in our indirect hot air boilers, and our customers also gain energy and time from the process entry time. The regime entry time of our hot air boilers has been reduced to 30 seconds with our company's software.

6. Recycling

Pet recycling lines, the heat input required by recycling factories are efficiently met with both our electric steam boilers and natural gas boilers. The internal structure of the friction tanks is made in the diameter and slope designed by our company, and the ideal temperature range of the facility is entered in the shortest time.

Waste water and waste liquids in ports are separated with the sensitive energy input steam generator and hot oil boilers developed by our company, and chemical wastes are prevented from reaching nature and the environment.

7. Medicine

In medical equipment sterilization;

Instruments and equipment used in surgeries and hospitals should be sterilized with high-temperature pressure steam. Our company produces fully automatic and safe sterilization autoclaves in various sizes for these units.

Medical waste sterilization autoclaves,

All waste in hospitals is medical waste and contains different bacteria and viruses than other wastes. With our medical waste sterilization autoclaves designed and produced by our company, medical waste is sterilized and converted into domestic waste.

The liquid oxygen and cryogenic tanks that hospitals need are provided by our company's expert staff and advanced insulation work.

8. Construction and Building

In order for concrete to be more durable and long-lasting, it must be cured at a certain humidity level and temperature. The curing process is easily carried out with the mobile heat plants produced by our company.
